Yes, we accept pets, but they are not allowed to shed on furniture and not allowed in bedrooms. We may require additional cleaning fees if dog hairs are in the furniture / beds.

Minimum age limit for renters: 35

We do not rent the house to young groups, due to risk of parties.

House Rules

We care about our neighbors, so we insist on only renting to groups that can keep the noise indoors, especially in the evenings. No speeding in de subdivision, please max 20 mph. No smoking / vaping inside. No pets / shows on carpetted third floor. No shedding pets on furniture or beds, additional cleaning fees may be charged, additional deposit may be asked prior to arrival. Payment Policy

Payment on reservations is immediately due upon booking. Full refund within 48 hours. After that 50% refund up to 30 days before booking. Cancellations within 30 days of booking are non-refundable.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Guest in house that are not on the listing $ 500 fine.
Smoking in the house $ 500 fine.
Party, or noise disturbance after 10.00 p.m. $ 500 fine.
Damages at real cost.

Cancellation Policy

Notes

We kindly ask you to refrain from hosting parties and to ensure that only registered guests are on the property. Please be considerate of noise levels, particularly during nighttime hours. Our neigbor has an issue with smell of smoke particularly weed, so please keep this in mind. Enjoy your stay responsibly and remember to adhere to the 20 mph speed limit upon arrival.

FEES FOR BREAKING HOUSE RULES

Smoking inside $1000
Guests outside the reservation $1000
2nd noise alarm $250
Leaving the house in a complete mess or covered in dog hair $400 (basically we will charge a double cleaning fee)

We will charge the deposit upfront through Airbnb and the deposit will be returned after the checkout date.
