Not specifically designed for wheelchairs, but reasonably accessible for that purpose.
Getting around
The house has enough parking upfront for 2 cars. In the back, you can park one more vehicle. Valet Parking on the beach at any of the restaurants is $ 4 for the whole day. There is also street parking and a public parking garage just over the bridge for $ 1.50 per hour. There is an app you can download to pay for parking. Its called PayByPhone. The beach is within walking distance, but there are also a few bikes with locks on the property. Please do not leave the bikes unattended. The city of Hollywood also provides FREE pick up and drop off Golf Cart service. Download the Circuit app.

Payment Policy
100% at the time of booking.
Refundable Damage Deposit
Security Deposits are released after the cleaning crew has inspected the property. Aside from normal wear and tear, damages will be withheld from your deposit. When an accident occurs, please let us know, so we can work out a solution that works for both parties. There are fees that we will withhold in case they occur: Unregistered guest in the house $ 250 per guest. This is to discourage parties. Smoking in the house $ 500.

Cancellation Policy
100% refundable within 48 hours of booking. 50% refundable until 20 days before your booking. Cancellations within 20 days of booking are not refundable, however, if we book the property to someone else, we will accommodate a (partial) refund. Always get travel insurance, as we are also trying to run a business, and if our properties are vacant due to last-minute cancellations, we still have to pay our bills.
